The Balcony

Its name comes for a very simple reason: it is the only apartment that has a balcony facing the main façade. It is very bright, it consists of two rooms, one with two 90 bedscm and the other with a 1.50 bed; a very spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment is fully equipped with bedding, towels, hair dryer, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle... as well as all the necessary utensils.
